Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, I founded covert.cafe, an online, made-to-order beverage concept serving the Downtown Tampa and Channel District communities. I took full ownership of the business lifecycle, from engineering the initial concept and designing the brand's visual identity to developing the recipes for our signature coffee, matcha, and energy drinks. Leveraging my background in digital user experiences, I launched a frictionless online ordering model that gave customers easy access to premium beverages through direct delivery and curbside pickup.
